CNC Stage IV and V Porting: (Click here for Photo)
This port design has been developed by Kyle Mathews, Joe Mondello and Darin Morgan and represent the limit to which the stock casting can be ported to move the most air possible while maintaining the necessary air velocity. There is simple no port design on the market today using stock casting that will flow more air while keeping the velocity correct. Intake flows 315 to 320 cfm at 28”.

Screamin Eagle Head Porting:
If you own a bike with Harley Davidson Screamin Eagle Pro 103+, 103 HTCC, or 110 heads, you have probable been disappointed in the performance. These heads have significant port problems that result in poor horsepower and torque output. These castings can be repaired resulting in outstanding performance. The SE Pro 103 head picks up over 40 CFM after being re-worked. (Work done on your castings)
  SE Pro 103+, SE103 HTCC: $549
  SE Pro 110: $599

V Rod Head Porting:
If you are looking to get the maximum performance out of you V-Rod, this service can do it. We have seen increases of 40 CMF after porting stock castings. Hand porting, Polishing, Hone & Fit valve guides, SERDI Multi angle valve job, Two angle valve modification, and assembly. Seals and springs not included.
  Price: $895
We also offer porting services for Edelbrock, STD, Jims, S&S, and V-Rod Destroyer heads. Call for pricing.

New Big Fin M2 and M3 Heads: (Patent Pending) Available In 2009. (Click here for Photo)
The M2 & M3 Heads represents a completely new approach to the problems associated with the stock and aftermarket 45-degree v-twin design. Developed by Kyle Mathews, Joe Mondello, and Darin Morgan, this port design is used in today's fastest NHRA Prostock Car and Motorcycle engines. The ports capability is limited only by valve size and has been developed to move the most air possible while maintaining the necessary air velocity. In addition to air flow capabilities of over 330 cfm with a 2” valve. Valve geometry had been addressed and push rod tubes have been moved for additional clearance.

The Patent Pending manifolds for EFI and Carbureted engines induces swirl or mixture motion equal to that seen in NHRA Prostock engines, the most efficient naturally aspirated engines in drag racing today.
